Bubble Gum Pink
What
do you make with bright pink fabric?
A
cute bubble gum pink baby quilt, that's what.
Stripes, checks, dots, woodgrain and marbled prints look great together. I added a pale pink background with splash of yellow for contrast. Using kite blocks, I created a spinning pattern framed with polka dot sashing.
Simple
2” grid quilting is the perfect choice, using the palest of pink
thread with a straight stitch. I used a ruler with my walking foot
to stay aligned. Bubble Gum Pink finished at 45” square. This one's quick
and easy to sew.
